Meet the founder:
Simply United Together Inc was founded in May of 2011 by Dr. James Jones, Sr. who is a native of Youngstown, Ohio. He is also the Founder and Chairman of JLJ Enterprises, which originated on Facebook. S.U.T. Global Inc. is a grassroots community service organization that has seen phenomenal growth since its inception. S.U.T. Global Inc. headquarters is in Atlanta, Georgia and currently has over 200 chapters, 52 initiatives, and several transitional and youth departments represented in 49 states. Additionally, S.U.T. Global Inc. is represented internationally in 10 countries and has successfully completed 14,000 community outreach events! With the organization’s consistent growth of members, and an eye on broader horizons, Dr. Jones plans to expand the organization by opening twelve regional offices by the end of 2023! This expansion will allow the members to interact with each other on a more personal level while giving back to our local communities across the world. Dr. Jones was awarded the Steve Harvey Neighborhood Award for Best Community Leader and several other community outreach awards in 2015 on behalf of S.U.T. Global Inc. He was also instrumental in creating the newly united platform; "Community Compilation", a group of organizations coming together serving a huge purpose as one. In 2016, Dr. Jones created “Make the Hoods Great Again”: an initiative that focuses on serving low income and disenfranchised urban neighborhoods across the United States. In 2020, Dr. Jones has launched a program called “A Hand Up” under the Make The Hoods Great Again Initiative to assist (financially/educating) other organizations to manifest their own visions in entrepreneurism for our communities. Dr. James Jones, Sr., believes that "being a blessing to someone else is the most important thing a human being can do.'
